1. Definition and field of application
The general sales conditions described below detail the rights and obligations of Association Connaître et Protéger le Panda Roux - CPPR, 4 route du Roncier, 76890 Saint-Victor l'Abbaye (We), and its customer, a natural or legal person (You) in the context of the sale of goods presented on the website https://cppr-pandaroux.org/boutique/. These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to accept these terms and conditions.
2. Prices
The prices of our goods are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (including 20% VAT) and exclusive of processing and shipping costs.
In case of an order to another country than France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and/or competent bodies in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities.
We reserve the right to change the price of our goods at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of your order validation.
3. Order
You have the possibility to place an order:

- by post, accompanied by your payment, specifying on a blank sheet of paper your order, the number of articles, the desired colour if declined, the desired size if declined, to the following address CPPR — 4 route du Roncier, 76890 Saint-Victor l’Abbaye.
4. Availability
Our products are visible on the site while stocks last. If you have placed an order, but in the meantime the product is no longer available, we will inform you by email or post. Your order will then be cancelled, in which case we will refund you.
5. Method of payment
You have the possibility to pay your order by :
- Paypal: We accept credit card payments via the Paypal secure payment platform. PayPal allows you to pay without communicating your financial information to the merchant site;
- Bank transfer : Payments by bank transfer are also accepted. Transfers must be made out in EUROS to the order of the CPPR and stipulated as free of charge for the beneficiary. Please indicate your name and your order in the reference field;
- Cheque : If you pay by cheque, it must be issued in EUROS by a bank domiciled in Metropolitan France. In order to enable us to manage your order as well as possible, the cheque must be made out to the CPPR and sent within 5 working days of the validation of your order to the following address CPPR — 4 route du Roncier, 76890 Saint-Victor l’Abbaye. The order will be processed as soon as we receive it.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made :
- Either by handing over the goods directly to the buyer (read more) ;
- Or by the carrier you have chosen, to the address indicated at the time of your order.
The delivery time indicated when the order is placed is given as an indication only and is not guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products shall not give rise to any claim for the benefit of the buyer:
- The award of damages ;
- The cancellation of the order.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within this period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded.
Returns must be made in their original condition, allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase for optimal management. In case of depreciation of the product, your responsibility may be engaged.
If, despite the care taken in sending your parcel, you notice a delivery error or the presence of a defective item, you can return it to us within 14 days. We undertake to reimburse you or to exchange the apparently defective, damaged or damaged product(s), or those that do not correspond to your order. In this case, we would be grateful if you would make a detailed statement in writing and return the product(s) to us. The CPPR will exchange or reimburse the product(s), at your discretion. You will be reimbursed for the cost of postage on the basis of the invoiced rate and the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed on presentation of receipts. Refunds of products will be made by bank transfer on request accompanied by a bank statement.

8. Reservation of Ownership
The CPPR retains ownership of the goods sold until the price has been paid in full.
9. Warranty and Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. The CPPR cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products you are considering ordering.
Furthermore, we shall not be held liable in the event of a delay due to a supplier being out of stock or in the event of an error in the presentation of the products on our site, as the photographs, texts and illustrations representing the products are not contractual.
10. Disputes
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
